Objectives of trainning
Understanding and developing insights into the concepts, processes and approaches of Team Building;
Forming manageable small groups from among the program participants from the same organization for carrying out a long duration group activity for days of participation spread over camp scape, identifying group leader, allocating specific tasks and responsibilities, inviting budget proposals for carrying out the activities, and providing reasonable resources for the activity;
Facilitating performance of the activity by merely observing different individuals and group leaders modes-operandi; Sharing complete experiences of different participants of the OB Training Program focusing on the development an understanding of HRM soft skills for Team Building and Organization Development; Discussing and developing an action plan for implementing Team Building at place of work and linking it with the Organization Development Effort.
High Altitude Trainning
At each camp, each activity is designed with a meaning and concept. Our camp managers are there to to help you understand the logic of any activity. In simpler terms we try to create a situation where a better individual performs within a finer team.
